Aaron Raimi, CEO
Aaron is proud to be born and raised in San Diego, CA. While in Quarantine, Aaron created a Facebook Group for Jewish college students to date, socialize, and network all in the comfort of their homes. The goal was to build a community that was open, fun, and inclusive for all Jews while facilitating relationships in a manner that was more authentic than popular dating apps. A natural-born public speaker with a film and stage acting background, Aaron thrives in social situations and uses his leadership abilities to organize and facilitate MeetJew. In his free time, Aaron loves to play and watch baseball and basketball, work out, cook, go to the beach, read, and travel. A die-hard Padres fan, he would do just about anything to see them win the World Series and often daydreams about it. As the Founder of MeetJew, he is grateful to have such an incredible team of people passionate about working to make it a huge success every day, along with all of the amazing members who make up the community.
Daniel Ebrahimi, CMO
Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Daniel graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2020, where he received his BA in English. He is presently studying for his MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School while also working on his real estate agent’s license and studying for the LSAT. Daniel constantly seeks to acquire more knowledge. His leadership and vision are a prominent player in our organizational make-up. The energy and passion he has for helping others in whatever capacity allows him and his team to lend a hand to those in need, promoting a lot of charity work. In his spare time, he loves to: cook, play/watch sports, work out, spend time with family and friends, hike, learn new languages, and travel. As an avid sports fan, he bleeds the Clippers and the NY Giants. A tireless worker and having monikered the name “MeetJew,” be sure that Daniel is committed to connecting Jews worldwide.
Justin Cohen, CTO
Born and raised in Albany, NY, Justin graduated from Union College in 2020, majoring in Economics and Data Analytics. He then got his Master’s Degree in Data Science at SUNY Albany. A die-hard sports fan, Justin cheers for the Mets and NY Giants while following his college hockey team, which he worked for. Having been to all 30 MLB stadiums, Justin is well-traveled and enjoys road trips and sightseeing. A proven leader, Justin was the President of Chabad at Union College as well as Vice-President of Hillel. In addition to this, he created a multi-faith council for faith-based organizations on campus so they could get funding from the college. Justin also met his lovely fiance, Sarah, on MeetJew, and they now live in New Jersey.
